  • Improvement of the silage procedures of the legume crops
  • Cropping systems of forage species with nutraceutical properties
  • Nitrogen dynamics in Agricultural-Livestock systems, with special emphasis on: N release from biomasses and compounds with fertilizer use (e.g. slow-release fertilizers); N tracing in the water-soil-plant continuum and the efficiency of N use and its components by means of stable isotopes (15N)
  • Use of stable carbon isotopes for the study of the water use efficiency in cropping systems
  • Relationship among forage or grain species, relating to plant growth promoting microbes and symbiosys with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi
